STABILITY CHAIR

While the basic design is simple, there are countless exercises that can be performed on a Pilates chair. It is great for strengthening core muscles and also arms and legs. Exercises are performed lying down, sitting and standing on a chair as well as from positions to the edges of the chair. One can expect a lot of stability and flexibility working in the chair. It truly is a testament to the ingenuity of the Pilates method to see how many exercises can be done on a Pilates chair.
